our process
Our Partnership team will reach out to review your needs and vision. We will then capture photos, measurements, and information crucial to the design and building process.
The success of our Operations team hinges on how well your vision is communicated. The Engineering team will use the design selections, floor plans, and specifications to provide a concise set of demo plans, proposed construction plans, renderings, and cut sheets to be approved by you and the Operations team.
Our Operations team will provide you with warranty information for all project elements. They will guide you through the warranty request process, explain what to expect, and provide a timeline for repairs or replacements. Our commitment to quality is reflected in our industry-leading warranty.
After walking through your home, the Design team will clarify the scope of the project, discuss how to meet your needs within the budget, and begin working on proposed construction plans. After proposed plans have been decided, the Design team will begin helping you with selections.
After the design and engineering processes are completed, our Estimation team will outline the scope of work with a formal proposal. They will carefully detail the necessary materials to be purchased, fabricated, constructed, and installed while providing a transparent breakdown of the labor costs involved. This will then be approved by all parties.
To ensure clear communication, the Design team, Engineering team, and Operations team will meet to flush through all elements of design and construction. Your dedicated Project Manager will begin setting up site protection while our Operations team tracks and checks in construction materials. We will provide you with a Gantt chart to track progress and daily job logs to discuss operational successes and opportunities. Supported by a Field Operations Manager and Director of Operations, your Project Manager will track weather, trades and progress, constantly updating you with any questions, comments or changes. As your project comes to completion, the Field Operations Manager and Director of Operations will meet to conduct a punch walk through.
